Led the Global Industry Solutions team of 200+ experts across 15 industries to build and market Oracle's industry cloud solutions. Built 300+ industry assets geared to enable on-prem customers to move to the cloud. Managed the industry partner ecosystem and Oracle's Industry Strategy Councils with Fortune 500 C-Suite participation in automotive, high-tech, manufacturing, higher education, engineering & construction and others. Kick-started Oracle's solution work on IoT around the solution GTM in areas such as digital field service, modern factory and energy management.

SVP & GM/ Global Industry Solutions Group

Directed the sales, marketing and technology strategy for Microsoft's Worldwide Public Sector business with more than 2000 sale and marketing professionals in more than 90 countries.  Responsible for setting the strategy and sale campaigns globally. Increased revenue growth from $9.8B to $12B during my leadership by moving customers to the cloud. Launched Microsoft's CityNext GTM for cloud, service and devices globally and grew the program to 200+ ecosystem partners and 700+ solutions on Azure. Represented Microsoft at global events and as a keynote speaker at venues such events as the Global Cities Summit, Microsoft Partner Summit, and The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) in Russia.

Founded the Connected Energy Business Unit to shape the GTM for Cisco to transform the energy sector delivering hardware and software for the electric grid. Led a team of 300+ professionals across engineering, product marketing and product management, strategy, sales, etc. Led the acquisition of ArchRock to build "field area networking analytics."  Built a range of strategic partnerships with Alstom, GE, Schneider, IBM, Itron and others.

Founder and leader of Cisco's Worldwide Government Affairs organization. Led all aspects of government affairs including technology policy, political engagement and coordination with the public sector business. Led Cisco's Women's Advisory Group (2007-2009) and Founder and Executive Sponsor of Cisco's EcoBoard (2007-2012) which established Cisco's carbon neutral goals and sustainability initiatives. Executive speaker and participant in global conferences including the World Economic Forum Leaders under 40.
