Lucie Newcomb is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in Business-to-Business leadership, specializing in Emerging Markets worldwide. As the President and Founder of The NewComm Global Group, Inc., a finalist for this year's Think Global Awards, Lucie has worked with global leaders such as Cisco, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, and select startups, with P&L responsibility. Her background features extensive experience across sectors with deep expertise in Enterprise SaaS/PaaS, Professional Services, Financial Services, Advisory Services, and Executive Education. Lucie is a Women of Influence Honoree by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, and an Ecosystems/Mentor delegate to the White House's 2017 Global Entrepreneurship Summit in India.
Lucie has a Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master's degree from St. Mary's College of CA. She is an accredited facilitator in the Leadership Practices Inventory and the Hall-Tonna (Values) Inventory. She is also fluent in conversational French and is a seasoned mentor, coach, and advocate for women in tech.
