Stephanie Brimacombe, a seasoned marketing and business development professional, has an impressive career spanning over 15 years. She began her journey as a graduate headhunter at Taylor Bennett before transitioning to the luxury travel and property sector, where she worked for six years. In 2009, she co-founded Cicada Marketing, a marketing consultancy that specializes in delivering high-quality services across different industries. Brimacombe has achieved several accolades throughout her career, but it was her North Pole expedition that highlights her exceptional drive and commitment to charitable causes. She set a record as the fastest woman to reach the North Pole and raised over £50,000 for Mencap.

In late 2010, Brimacombe joined VCCP, an award-winning creative agency, as a Marketing and New Business Director. Since then, she has advanced through the ranks and currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer on the VCCP Partnership Management Team, covering all five offices. Under her leadership, VCCP has received several awards, including Marketing magazine’s Agency of the Year in 2011 and Campaign's Agency of the Year in 2013, and has ranked as the most in-demand agency in the industry for four consecutive years.

Brimacombe holds a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Geography and serves on the board of The Marketing Society. She has also previously been a board member at Chime Communications Limited and Good Relations.
