Riad Mohamed is an accomplished analytics leader with extensive experience in retail, telecommunications, e-commerce, and airlines. He has held key positions in various corporations, such as Amazon.com, American Airlines, Office Depot, T-Mobile, and currently serves as the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Analytics at Honeywell. Mohamed has a Ph.D. in Operations Research, an M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics, and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Mohamed has specialized in establishing and directing highly technical teams to streamline analytics and incorporate data-driven decision science to identify and achieve multi-million-dollar opportunities, leading cross-functional initiatives to build scalable and long-lasting products with measurable results emphasis. He is an expert in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain management, merchandising, optimization, forecasting/simulation, predictive models, team transformation, network planning, inventory management, consulting, AWS/Teradata/Big Data, and decision trees/clustering.
He has also worked as a former Director Data Science at Asurion, the former Director of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence - Supply Chain at Asurion, the former Senior Director of Data Analytics - Merchandising at Office Depot, the former Senior Director of Data Analytics - Supply Chain at Office Depot, and the former Director of Corporate Strategy & Analytics at T-Mobile, among others. He is an adjunct faculty member at Southern Methodist University and has previously worked as a principal scientist of Operations Research and Decision Support at American Airlines and Sabre.
