Maiju Talvisto is an accomplished festival producer with extensive experience in artist production, contracting, artist hospitality, leadership, and management. She holds a Master of Music degree in arts management and a Master of Arts degree in musicology, which have helped her position herself in the music scene as a prominent figure. Her outstanding achievements include being awarded as the "professional of the year in arts" by The Art and Culture Professionals’ Trade Union TAKU in 2019, production manager of the year and festival manager of the year by Women In Live Music in 2019.

Currently, Talvisto works as the Head of Artist Relations at Flow Festival, where she 's responsible for the artist production of more than 100 bands per edition. Her team has had the pleasure of witnessing impressive performances from major artists such as Kanye West, Frank Ocean, Alicia Keys, Major Lazer, and Kendrick Lamar, just to mention a few. In addition, Maiju is part of the advisory board members of Form Helsinki, which previously named Tanssin Talo, an organization aimed at promoting the conditions of the live music sector in Finland.

Her interests involve jazz music, and she likes her coffee black.
