Chris Angel is an accomplished educator with a background in biology, leadership, and administration. Angel received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Georgia and his Master of Arts in Independent School Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University.
Angel has held several positions throughout his career, including Head of School at Hammond School in Columbia, South Carolina. Prior to that, he was the Head of Upper School at the same institution, where he was responsible for managing faculty and students in grades 6-12. He also worked as a teacher and administrator at Baylor School.
As a leader in education, Angel has a keen interest in preparing students for success in the 21st century. He believes in fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity to empower students to reach their full potential.
