Unigo is a thriving community of over 1.6 million members for current and future college students to get to where they’re going.Responsible for building a 9-person product and digital marketing team.  The team included brand management, customer acquisition, digital marketing (email, content, engagement), product marketing, and product management.  Own the product roadmap and marketing strategy for Unigo's B2C and B2E (business to education) properties and SaaS solutions.  2015 revenue exceeded 2014 revenue by 215%.  B2C revenue includes referral and ad sales.  B2E revenue included SaaS and content <a href="http://licensing.www.unigo.com">licensing.www.unigo.com</a> is a B2C property targeting students and parents.  Led the re-branding and re-design of <a href="http://Unigo.com">Unigo.com</a> including UX/UI to reach 1.4M+ registered users and 600k+ student-authored college reviews.  Year-over-year improvements include: unique visits up 195%, time on site +233%, bounce rate down 31%, CPA decreased by 42%.  Monthly page views exceed 3M and 600k uniques.Developed the strategy for our SaaS B2E (education) solutions targeting university admissions, athletics and alumni offices.  Established our marketing package including messaging, naming, collateral and site (b2e.unigo.com).All products designed and built with a ‘mobile-first’ approach.
