Peng Zhao is a highly accomplished computer engineer with a diverse background in compiler optimizations and parallel & distributed computing. Peng has a B.S. in Computer Science from Nankai University, a Ph.D. in Compiler Optimizations from the University of Alberta, and an M.E. in parallel & distributed computing with a focus on message passing systems from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Peng has worked for some of the biggest names in technology, including Google, Barefoot Networks, Ericsson, Huawei, Intel, and IBM Toronto Lab, where he has held various positions ranging from Compiler Engineer to Lead Compiler Engineer and Compiler Architect, among others.
With a wealth of experience in compiler optimizations, Peng is an expert in writing high-performance compilers for various programming languages. He is also highly skilled in parallel & distributed computing, message passing systems, and software engineering, and is passionate about developing cutting-edge technology to solve complex problems.
