Ian Fraser is an experienced local government official turned music journalist and event organizer. He dedicated 27 years of his life to public service, leading up to his role as Head of Housing and Commissioning at Powys County Council. After retiring, Fraser indulged his love of music and transitioned into writing regular reviews, interviews and features for various publications. He even organized music events for Terrascope Audio Entertainments in London and Cardiff from 2015 - 2019, culminating in a two-day gathering at Cleeve House in Wiltshire. He also dabbled in public relations, handling publicity for his local running club and crafting sponsorship packets for potential club/race sponsors. His experience extends further as a board member of Wales and West Housing, a registered social landlord managing over 12,000 homes. Currently, he's pursuing a BA (Hons) in Arts and Humanities.
