Ben Wilding is a seasoned executive leader with significant experience in digital marketing, sustainability, and climate change. He has founded and grown his own businesses and consulted for multi-nationals, NGOs, and public sector entities. As the Chief Operating Officer of Ntegra, he led a transformation of the business, creating greater visibility of performance, clarity of offerings, and a new operating model. He has also founded Cameron & Wilding, his own agency that delivered over £50m for clients' bottom line over 10 years. His work mostly involves assisting boards in defining their digital strategy and ensuring it is practically aligned with their overall business strategy, such as exploring new ways of working and building organizational buy-in. He is a board member of Kent Coast Volunteering and partakes in volunteer work with universities and other organizations. He is highly skilled in entrepreneurship, finance, Agile and Lean principles, digital, and business strategy, as well as gardening, campaign apps, and mentoring.
