Karina holds a Bachelor's degree in Ethics, Politics and Economics from the prestigious Yale University and has also pursued studies in Behavioral Psychology and Marketing from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Karina has worked with several reputable organizations and startups, serving as the Full Stack Product Designer at a Stealth Startup and as an Operations Analyst at Republic Capital. She has also served as a Republic Venture Fellow at Republic, a Product Designer at Evera and a Researcher at the Yale Department of Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine.
Karina has an impressive track record of leadership, having served as the Editor-in-Chief at Yale Rumpus, the Under-Secretary-General of Outreach at Yale International Relations Association, Specialized and Crisis Simulation at Yale, and as the Head of Research & Design at Yale Entrepreneurial Society. Moreover, she also has international experience in foreign exchange, having worked at CAVILAM - Alliance Française.
