Scott Mayo is a seasoned global talent leader with extensive experience in talent attraction, engagement, and acquisition. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree at New York University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the same university. Before this, he studied at the University of New Haven, where he honed his skills in business management. Scott has worked for prominent organizations such as Nike and the National Basketball Association (NBA) in various senior-level positions. He has also served as a board member and president of the John Sommers Memorial Educational Foundation at Zeta Psi Fraternity.

During his time at Nike, Scott held several senior management positions, including Global Director of Talent Attraction, Engagement, and Experience. As a result, he played a critical role in shaping the company's global talent acquisition strategies. He has also held several talent acquisition and engagement managerial roles with NBA and Ralph Lauren, where he was responsible for developing and implementing business-aligned recruitment and talent attraction solutions.
