Kelsi Cochran is an accomplished people operations and human resources executive with more than ten years of experience guiding leadership teams through rapid, scalable growth. A graduate of Texas State University-San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science degree in History & Political Science, Cochran's expertise spans multiple industries and involves complex transitions, cultural turnarounds and transformations, and international growth. During her tenure at Everlywell, the team doubled in size, while at Personify, the workforce almost tripled. Cochran excels in creating people-centered cultures that prioritize the employee experience, providing benefits and payroll administration, employee relations management and investigations, talent acquisition and management, executive coaching and influencing, team-building, and learning and development. Currently, she is the VP of People and Culture at TextNow while spending her free time relaxing at the lake, gardening outdoors, or giving back to her community as a Court Appointed Special Advocate.
