Ian McLendon is a seasoned People Analytics, People Strategy, and Human Resources leader who brings over 10 years of experience working with HR and operations leaders in consumer packaged goods, retail, e-commerce, and oil & gas industries. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
