Francine Baggio is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in executive search, recruitment, talent development, and career coaching. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná, she began her career as a Senior Recruiter at Ok Buck Recursos Humanos. From there, she progressed to senior-level positions at TRH Recursos Humanos and Grupo Foco - The People Solution Company, where she served as an Executive Search Consultant and Senior Consultant, respectively. Her tenure at The Catho Group, where she built lasting relationships with clients and candidates, further honed her skills as a valuable ally to her clients in the field of career development. Currently, as the Executive Director and Owner of Baggio RH Desenvolvimento Profissional, headquartered in Florianópolis and with branches in Curitiba, she provides a wide range of HR solutions, including Executive Search, Outplacement, Training, and Career Guidance, to companies of all sizes and industries across the southern region of Brazil.
