Richard Beijnon is an accomplished recruiter and headhunter with over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and executive search. He specializes in sourcing and recruiting top talent in IT staffing, data analytics, information management, machine learning, AI, RPA, and digital transformation. Richard has worked with startups, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises across Europe, APAC, and the US.

Richard's career started after studying HRM and Business Administration at Open Universiteit, followed by HEAO - CE at HEAO Breda. Since then, he has worked for TopSearch Group Europe as a Recruiter/Headhunter/Recruitment Talent Acquisition Business Partner, BTS Europe Recruitment as an Agency Recruiter, and MarkLogic and Informatica as a Recruiter EMEA & US / Recruitment TA Business Partner.

Richard is a results-focused recruiter who gets the job done. He is known for being no-nonsense, output-oriented, and for consistently high performance. Richard's additional skills include recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), employer branding, and direct sourcing. In his spare time, Richard was a Dutch national volleyball team youth and South Netherlands athlete in the Dutch athletics championship. He was also the chairman of MDB (Marketing Dispuut Breda) during his studies.
