Camille Gandon is a highly accomplished and well-traveled professional who has followed her passion in the culinary arts to establish an impressive career in various industries, from cooking and community development to key account management and project management. After studying economics and management in high school, Camille pursued her dreams of becoming a cook and earned a degree in Cuisine from Lycée Hôtelier de Blois. She then went on to pursue advanced degrees in management and entrepreneurship at prestigious institutions such as EM Lyon, Coppead UFRJ, and East China Normal University. Camille has worked for a variety of organizations in different positions, including Biocoop SA, Tomate & Camomille, Les Closeaux, and Les Biscornus. She has also held key roles such as General Secretary at Le Petit Paumé, and Project Manager at Délices de France restaurant in Kathmandu. With a passion for community development, Camille co-founded CommonsSense, an initiative aimed at promoting sustainability and social responsibility.
