Katarina Germani is a media lawyer and current legal counsel at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation / Radio-Canada. With extensive experience in entertainment, media, and communications law, Germani is responsible for supporting news teams in both French and English. She is also an active member of the Ontario Bar Association's Entertainment, Media, and Communications Law Section where she develops educational programming and social events for other lawyers. Germani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, a Doctor of Law degree, and has completed various courses in Arts and Entertainment Administration and Poetry. Additionally, she has gained experience as a lawyer at Clyde & Co LLP, legal intern at the Canadian Olympic Committee and Canadian Artists' Representation (CARFAC), and research assistant at McGill University. Germani is a Canadian and Italian citizen and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2014.
