Vitaliy Podolskiy, CDir, is an accomplished board chairman and NED with leading international public and private companies, a partner at a global investment fund in disruptive technologies, and a visiting professor. Podolskiy has won several awards and honors throughout his career. He is a Chartered Director and the recipient of the Independent Director of the Year Award (2019) and a laureate of the Top-50 Independent Directors Annual Rating (2012 - 2019).

Podolskiy has a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) in International Business and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and attended the Institute of Directors for the Chartered Director, Corporate Governance certification.

He has served as an independent director, chairman of the HR&C committee, member of the audit committee, and ESG committee at PAO LSR Group. Furthermore, he has been a partner at Chesterfield Fund and a chairman of the finance and audit committee and board of directors member of various organizations, including Kazakhstan Kagazy Group PLC, Kitchen Marya, JSC, Cherkizovo Group (LSE: CHE). In addition, Podolskiy has been the chairman of the board of directors at Kronverk Cinema, First Vice-President for Finance and Administration at Euroset, the chairman of the supply chain committee, board of directors at Rosinter Restaurants, and the former CFO at X5 Retail Group N.V.

Podolskiy has been European Controller, Material Planning & Logistics at Ford Motor Company and Mergers & Acquisitions Manager, European Business Development at Ford Motor Company. He was a Senior Investment Banking Associate at Bankers Trust International and Management Consulting Associate at A.T. Kearney Inc.
