She has worked in various roles at Google, including People Manager, Vendor Operations Lead, BOLD Intern Manager, and Account Strategist. She has also worked as a Manager of Crisis Management and Threat Mitigation at YouTube and is currently a Manager at Stripe. Chelsea is a pioneer and thought leader in corporate Diversity Equity & Inclusion, particularly as it relates to retention and leadership development.
