Liz Dolan is a highly accomplished marketing executive, storyteller, and media personality with over 30 years of experience building world-class brands. She has served as CMO of renowned companies such as NIKE, OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, Fox International Channels, and National Geographic Channel. She is currently running a marketing/communication strategy and storytelling business called Mixed Zone Media, helping clients in the sports and entertainment industries. Liz is also a founding member of Oregon Sports Angels, a group of sports industry professionals and investors investing in next-generation sports companies.
Liz's expertise in global brand building, marketing, corporate communications, product development, market research, and sports marketing helped NIKE grow its revenues from $4.2 billion to $9.1 billion over the course of a decade. She has leveraged her experience and knowledge to create her own media brand, Satellite Sisters, which produces podcasts, books, and events for women. Liz continues to co-host Satellite Sisters, as well as Safe For Work, a workplace advice podcast from Wondery.
Liz frequently speaks on topics of global brands, marketing, workplace and career issues. Her educational background includes Comp. Lit., French, Classics, and Art History at Brown University.
