Michele Schmidt is a seasoned IT program management executive with more than 15 years of experience. Throughout her career, Schmidt managed large-scale program collaborations, leading cross-functional and cross-organizational teams of vendors, consultants, and business leaders. Her functional skills include strategic planning, stakeholder management, PMO leadership, program and project management, and relationship management.

Schmidt's previous experience includes working with companies such as Starbucks, Microsoft, and T-Mobile. She led >175 global solutions deployments in R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, Finance, Data Security & Compliance. She also supervised >12 merger integrations of up to $1B acquisitions. Schmidt is a trusted advisor to >150 business leaders, including C-Suite executives.

Schmidt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from DePaul University. She has held senior management consultant roles with several firms such as Coppei Partners, Neudesic, Strong-Bridge Consulting, and AG Consulting Partners, Inc. In her previous experience, she was First Vice President, Manager Strategic Channel Support at Washington Mutual Home Loans, Inc.
