Paulius Kvedaras is an ambitious entrepreneur who has founded multiple companies in various industries. As CEO and Co-Founder of Speiz, he has built a thriving "warehouse-as-a-service" business, catering to international clients with a strong focus on highly-skilled team recruitment, tech-product development, and sales expansion. Prior to Speiz, Kvedaras established Crovento, an events fin-tech company, and Trybe, a project management solution for the construction industry.

Kvedaras holds a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in business management and administration from ISM Vadybos ir ekonomikos universitetas. His expertise spans a wide range of topics, including business development, marketing, project management, and international market expansion. Outside of work, Kvedaras enjoys sports and music production.
