Pam Fisher is a highly experienced and successful innovator and R&D manager in the media technology industry, based in both London and Los Angeles. With an MBA from the London Business School and a background in personal computing, Pam has a deep understanding of the technological landscape and how it is evolving. She works to make academic research accessible to the media industry, promote net R&D, and tackle the challenges faced by the industry. Sustainability is a key concern in her work, spanning from business economics to digital preservation. Formerly the Technical Director & CTO of BAFTA Research, Pam is now the Executive Director of The Media Institute, but also founded a number of successful businesses throughout her career, including Moving Image Research, Communication Arts, and P&P plc.
