Lauren Laitman is a highly experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning over numerous successful organizations. Lauren graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in Law from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University at Albany, SUNY. Lauren's career journey started as a Recruiting Intern at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison Llp, followed by a series of HR roles in some notable organizations such as Google, Doubleclick, Collective, Zeta Interactive, Collibra, and Tapad.

Lauren Laitman is currently the Vice President of People at Ampersand, where she spearheads the HR department's strategic and operational initiatives. Before joining Ampersand, Lauren served as the Senior Vice President of People at Tapad, where she led the global HR team's initiatives in a period of significant growth. Lauren has also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Collective and Zeta Interactive, where she focused on developing and implementing employee engagement and talent acquisition and retention strategies.
