Terri Griffith
As an expert in innovation and entrepreneurship, Terri Griffith has dedicated herself to helping organizations leverage technology, human capital, and evolving practices to enhance performance and plan for the future of work. Currently the Keith Beedie Chair in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Simon Fraser University, Terri's work spans across sectors, including high tech, education, and global agribusiness, and has attracted clients such as IBM, Oracle, and Cisco. She is also an award-winning author of the book The Plugged-In Manager: Get in Tune with Your People, Technology, and Organization to Thrive. Terri's educational background includes a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA from UC Berkeley. Prior to her current position, she served as a Professor of Management & Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University and as the Program Dean/Director for specific Executive Education Partnerships at Silicon Valley Executive Center, among other roles.
