Meet Jeff Goss, a user-centered design enthusiast who believes in creating thoughtful designs that cater to user needs while meeting business goals. He pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte - Belk College of Business. Additionally, Jeff earned an Associate's degree at Central Piedmont Community College.

Jeff's work experience includes roles such as UX Designer & Project Manager at Donebox, User Experience & Interface Designer at PitchPrep, Territory Sales Representative at Cbeyond, Service Experience Designer at YMCA of Greater Charlotte, and Sales Representative/Trainer at S&K Menswear. He draws inspiration from observing how people interact with their daily activities and how a well-designed product can improve their lives. Jeff uses methodologies such as user research, wireframing, user testing, and creating pixel-perfect mockups to develop a successful product that satisfies user needs and solves pain points.

Throughout his career, Jeff has come to appreciate the power of user-centered design in bridging the gap between businesses and their audiences. This approach ensures that consumers can efficiently interact with digital products while accomplishing their objectives.
