Sin Koh is an experienced regulatory compliance expert and project consultant in the financial services sector. She is a skilled Advocate and Solicitor admitted in Singapore, a Solicitor in Hong Kong, and a Solicitor-Advocate in England & Wales, as well as a New York State attorney. Sin studied at Raffles Girls School and Raffles Junior College before attending the National University of Singapore to earn her Bachelor of Laws (Second Upper) Honors degree. She also studied law at the University of Leicester.

Throughout her career, Sin has provided regulatory compliance advice and project consulting services to a variety of financial services firms, including banks, funds, insurers, exchanges, and brokers. She has also worked as a Director at Integrity Consulting in Singapore, as well as held Director positions at Kroll and Duff & Phelps. In addition, she served as Deputy Director at the Monetary Authority of Singapore and worked as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith London, as well as an Associate at Colin Ng & Partners and Rajah & Tann.
