Joshua Smith is a seasoned servant leader with more than 15 years of experience in the design industry. A graduate of Drexel University, where he studied Film and Video Production, and Temple University Japan, where he studied Japanese, Communications, and Sociology, Joshua has a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting innovative solutions to customer problems.

Over the course of his career, Joshua has held various design positions, including Creative Director at Elexio, Lead Designer at Water Street Ministries, and User Experience Designer at Frontline Education, where he ultimately became the User Experience Manager. In his current role as Director of UX at Vertex Inc., Joshua continues to focus on promoting cultures of learning and coaching design teams to achieve their best work.

Throughout his career, Joshua has honed his skills in design operations and organizational design maturity, making him an invaluable asset in the Enterprise space. His expertise in UX, design thinking, and coaching design teams makes him a respected and accomplished leader in the field.
