Ruben Spekle is an experienced Program Architect who has crafted many solutions in simple and complex projects. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and has studied at both Marnix College Ede and Godfried Bomans School. Ruben has worked with several organizations in leadership roles such as NL Architect Pillar Lead, Team Lead Professional Services, and Program Assessment at Salesforce. He has helped clients get more value from the platform and managed the big picture while ensuring that the right solution is delivered. His ability to communicate complex topics in simple terms has helped him speak publicly at many occasions.

Ruben has also held various positions as an Oracle Solution Architect, Business Developer, and Cluster Lead Oracle at Capgemini. He has facilitated Oracle Solution Architect courses and led skill groups. Ruben's interests include innovation, creativity, and finding alternative perspectives to solve challenges. He has been involved in the management team as a portfolio and innovation lead, besides managing teams.
