Nguyen Yen is a 15-year IC design veteran, excelling in technical direction, development lifecycles, and technical risk management. With a Master's in Microelectronics from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Telecommunication from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Yen offers a wealth of knowledge and experience from a variety of organizations. Formerly working with FPT Software, Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., and Active-Semi Viet Nam Ltd (now Qorvo), Yen held roles as Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, and Design Manager. Currently serving as Head of Engineering CoAsia SEMI VN DC at CoAsia Semi Vietnam Co., Ltd, Yen's specialties include design techniques such as calibrateless temperature sensor, process, voltage & temperature (PVT) independent bias current, 14-bit ADC, high precision band-gap reference, ultra low current LDO, capless LDO, and power management ICs, as well as SoC architecture design for 32-bit MCU, concept design for secure element, and low power full-custom Non Volatile Memory ASIC design. Yen also has a deep interest in sustainable energy solutions, notably designing FPGA-based prototypes for high power digital controlled AC/DC converters.<br><br>
