Collaborated with business and engineering team leads to produce design solutions in various industries. Project work included defining requirements with stakeholders, facilitating design workshops, mentoring junior designers, and designing experiences for international users.Clients included U.S. Bank, PG&E, MGM Resorts, 20th Century Fox, Motiva, and Amplifon.

Sr. User Experience Designer

Supported design deliverables based on client needs: analyzing competitor experiences, identifying gaps and opportunities in market, creating mocks supported by annotations of functional requirements, collaborating with content strategists to create sustainable content models, and creating prototypes for usability research.Clients included PG&E, Vail Resorts, VALIC, MD Anderson Cancer Center, ADT Security, UPS, Home Depot, Coca-Cola, Ascena Retail Group, AT&T, and Georgia Department of Community Health.

User Experience Designer

Used consumer insights, digital trends, and web analytics to explore ways in which to strengthen clients’ brands and products. Project work included developing competitive landscape assessments, marketing research and analytics, QA testing, and content development.Clients included the U.S. Census Bureau, Avon, Seaworld, and Cigna Healthcare.

Analytics and UX Intern

Designed the first version of the ActEarly app to help parents track developmental milestones in young children. I worked with 3 other team members under the Computing for Good program at Georgia Tech. This was a collaboration with the CDC's “Learn the Signs. Act Early.” program.
