Kari Burnell is an experienced and accomplished Human Resources Consultant with over 9 years of experience advising, communicating, and building relationships with leaders while analyzing their needs and providing creative and effective solutions. Kari is skilled in improving educational and operational performance and has acquired a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University. In addition, Kari has studied Business Management and Public Relations/Image Management from Kirtland Community College and Ferris State University, respectively.

Before joining Anthem as a Human Resources Consultant, Kari held various positions, including Associate Relations Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator, at the healthcare company. She also worked at Allied Universal, where she served as a Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to that, Kari spent several years working for The Home Depot, where she started as a Cashier and worked her way up to Associate Support Department Supervisor, Advisor - Associate/Employee Relations, HR Generalist, and HDE HR Coordinator. During her tenure at The Home Depot, Kari gained experience building positive, team-centered environments and honed her expertise in Human Resources.
