Alex Paul Genato
Alex Genato is a seasoned attorney practicing in the areas of local property taxation, eminent domain, redevelopment, and state tax matters. He has litigated property tax appeals across the US extensively. Mr. Genato has been successful in the resolution of significant and diverse tax cases for his clients. He is regularly quoted as an authority on local property taxation by various publications. Mr. Genato is a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on the Tax Court.
Mr. Genato completed his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, and he studied B.A. in Psychology at Binghamton University. Before joining Archer & Greiner, P.C., Mr. Genato worked as an associate at McCarter & English, LLP and a law clerk to the Honorable Vito L. Bianco, J.T.C. at Tax Court of New Jersey.
