As the Executive Director of Human Resources, my key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing talent selection, employee development, and crafting exceptional employee experiences to consistently achieve impactful results in retention, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
* Collaborating with senior and executive leadership to formulate strategic value propositions and investments in our people.
* Utilizing analytics, metrics, surveys, and feedback to guide company-wide strategic planning, fostering collaboration through partnerships, and demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills in line with our brand.
* Administering human resource programs and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, along with defining best practices.
* Crafting professional development, training curriculum, and certification activities for all staff.
* Guiding employees in launching successful careers and evolving into positive, influential leaders.
