Tim Ross is an accomplished business leader with over 15 years of experience in brand development, marketing, and innovation. He is known for his strategic thinking, ability to identify game-changing insights, and innovation problem-solving skills. Tim has worked with a range of clients, including Fortune 1000 companies, celebrities, and luxury brands. He founded Kendall Ross Retail Brand Development and Design, an award-winning brand development firm, and later went on to serve as the Vice President of Marketing at Alaska National Insurance Company. Currently, as an Innovation Lab Specialist at Munich Reinsurance America, Tim helps to develop new business models and find new ways of creating value for the company.

Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from the Kansas City Art Institute and has studied at the University of the Pacific.
