Susan Hailey is a well-established HR leader with extensive experience in the technology and life sciences industries. She is the Chief Human Resource Officer at OpenText, a global leader in enterprise information management. Prior to that, she served as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Medidata Solutions, where she led all aspects of recruitment strategy. She also held senior leadership roles at companies such as eBay and PayPal, where she oversaw global talent management for eBay Marketplaces. Additionally, she has been a board member of various organizations, including the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of New York and the Women's Association of New York.
