Yuri Eliezer is a highly accomplished patent attorney with over a decade of experience securing patents for clients and negotiating and executing IP licensing and acquisition deals. He leads the Intellectual Property practice group at Founders Legal, a co-founded practice that operates out of the renowned Atlanta Tech Village incubator. Eliezer is passionate about innovation and uses his knowledge and experience in the legal industry to develop innovative ways to improve the practice of law. He has been recognized for his work securing multi-million-dollar patents in various industries, including software, internet/telecom, computer, electrical, medical device, mechanical, aerospace, biotech, and pharmaceuticals. Eliezer is also an expert in "Soft IP" such as trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, and is supported by Founders Legal's Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions practice. His technological knowledge, entrepreneurial expertise, and nuanced perspective on technological innovation have led him to found tech companies in the hardware and software fields, attracting national media coverage from the likes of NPR, CNN, and The International Business Times. Yuri's wide-ranging experiences have also made him an advisor to the Atlanta Tech Village, where he provides guidance to a community of 120 startup companies. Yuri holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law.
