Nand Mulchandani is a computer scientist, entrepreneur, and public servant with a rich professional background. He earned his degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at Cornell University and an MS in Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Nand is also a graduate of Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, where he obtained his MPA/MC degree. With a strong background in enterprise infrastructure products, marketing, and sales, he co-founded and served as CEO of several successful startups including OpenDNS, Determina, and ScaleXtreme.

Nand's desire to innovate led him to become an Entrepreneur in Residence at Accel Partners and a Fellow at Harvard's Belfer Center. He was also a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Treasurer at Kids Teach Tech. He served as the Chief Technology Officer, Acting Director, and Chief Technology Officer of the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) at the United States Department of Defense. He then pivoted from his career in private industry to serve the government by driving DoD's next-generation AI efforts. Currently, he is the Chief Technology Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency.
