Brian Hoyt joined RetailMeNot in 2011 as its first head of communications. He directed and managed all U.S. consumer communications for RetailMeNot, Inc. (<a href="http://www.retailmenot.com/corp/">www.retailmenot.com/corp/</a>), the largest digital offers marketplace in the world, through May 2016. Brian's primary and immediate focus was to help build increased brand awareness for RetailMeNot (<a href="http://www.retailmenot.com">www.retailmenot.com</a>), the largest digital promotions website in the United States, which during his tenure experienced an annual peak of more than 730MM visits by shoppers and almost 40 million email subscribers looking to save money.In 2013, Brian was named a Vice President of Communications for RetailMeNot, Inc.  In this role, he helped promote the company's corporate news before going public during the July 2013 IPO (NASDAQ:SALE).  Brian also led business development publicity for acquisitions in Europe and the launch of RetailMeNot in Canada.  He also led the organization's public affairs, thought leadership, analyst relations, product launch, community affairs and crisis communications functions.In this role, Brian helped promote the company's growing mobile business, including the launch of the free Webby Award winning RetailMeNot app that eventually reported nearly 20 million active mobile users.Brian also created the company's B2B marketing team in 2012 and led that group for more than three years, supporting the growth of RetailMeNot's thriving in-store retail promotions business.   He coordinated global communications activities with the company’s international brands such as VoucherCodes.co.uk (<a href="http://www.vouchercodes.co.uk">www.vouchercodes.co.uk</a>), the largest online coupon code website in Europe, and directly supported communications for Canada (<a href="http://www.RetailMeNot.ca).In">www.RetailMeNot.ca).In</a> 2015, Brian assumed management of the company's brand advertising and digital content group.  The newly formed Brand Communications team included corporate communications, consumer public relations, digital content and brand advertising.

As Vice President of Communications & Government Affairs, Brian Hoyt managed public relations, (consumer, corporate) and government affairs for Orbitz Worldwide (2009-2011). Brian has also served as the VP of Corporate Communications and Government Affairs (2008-2009); Sr. Director of Public Relations for Orbitz Worldwide (2006-2007); and Director of Public Relations for the Consumer Travel Americas division of Cendant TDS (2005-2006).  He was the lead consumer publicist within the company's Marketing Department when he joined the company in 2005, promoting the launch of <a href="http://OrbitzGames.com">OrbitzGames.com</a>, the OrbitzTLC customer support initiative as well as promoting Orbitz Worldwide through its July 2007 IPO.  Following the IPO, Brian reported into the company's General Counsel and CAO, helping to launch the <a href="http://Orbitz.com">Orbitz.com</a> Price Assurance service (price guarantee program); global technology platform that supports multiple Orbitz Worldwide websites; and he helped launch the Orbitz native mobile app, available on on iPhone and Android phones.

While at AOL, Brian managed PR for MapQuest, AOL Travel and AOL News & Sports.  He led communications for the launch of MapQuest Mobile and MapQuest Publishing, supported promotion of AOL's investment in <a href="http://Kayak.com">Kayak.com</a> and the launch of its own travel meta-search platform, <a href="http://PinPointTravel.com">PinPointTravel.com</a>.  Brian also promoted AOL News through the 2004 Presidential Elections.
