John Terrill is a seasoned leader with a passion for helping others succeed. With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of academia, the marketplace, and the church, he has become an expert in business ethics, strategic partnerships, theological engagement, entrepreneurship, organization development, organizational effectiveness, higher education, talent management, training, and development. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Master's degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Theology, an MBA in Organization Behavior, Marketing, Strategy & Management, and a BS in Finance-Real Estate.

Currently, John is the Executive Director of the Stephen & Laurel Brown Foundation located at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His primary focus is igniting theological curiosity in students and faculty to help shape vocational, scholarly, and professional pursuits. He has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Seattle Pacific University, Director of the Center for Integrity in Business at the School of Business, Government, and Economics at SBGE, Director of Professional Schools Ministries at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, Director of MBA Ministry at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, Consultant at Hay Group, and Commercial Lending Officer at Bank of America.
