This is the second newly constructed stadium I have helped to open after working for the 49ers and opening Levi Stadium.

My role at the Chase Center is customer service, guest relations, event management and assisting with team building & staff development for the premium suites including the Accenture Courtside Lounge, Oracle Suites, and others. The press describes the suites as a new standard for modern-day sports arenas and for luxurious experiences.

Since opening September 6th, have worked Metallica, Elton John two nights, Dave Mathews, Eric Clapton, Janet Jackson and will be working upcoming Warriors games and concerts.

The National Football League is a professional sports league in the United States. It acts as a trade association for franchise owners to promote the sport, license team names and logos, collect dues and royalties, and develop new programs.

My position has been as a supervisor of 12 staff at the NFL House, the NFL business and hospitality headquarters during the week of Super Bowl 50 in San Francisco.

My other role has been as a Fan Mobile Pass Brand Ambassador introducing the app to new users and demonstrating features of the app at the NFL Kickoff event to Super Bowl 50. Also providing marketing support for other events around the Super Bowl.

Guest Services Representative at Levi’s Stadium. Involved in multi-faceted aspects of stadium operations from a guest services perspective including customer service for San Francisco 49ers football games and other special events including soccer, college games, NHL and concerts.

Worked at field level during Super Bowl 50 with over 170 million TV viewers and provided operations support during the game. Provided post game feedback on operational improvements for the NFL.

Promoted to lead Guest Service Representative in the Verizon Press Level. Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Press Box level by thoroughly checking credentials while enforcing access control in high traffic area. Providing the highest level of customer service to sports writers, opposing team ownership and operations staff and to 49ers senior management.

As the stadium was newly constructed, also provided feedback and punch lists for building fixes, improving services and operations for inaugural season.

Principal contact negotiating for a $3.1 and $3.9 Billion semiconductor fabrication plant (Fab) investment with Micron and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). Primary contact was with “C level” executives and presentations to company board of directors.

Sold directly to banks to provide home banking through our software and recruited and signed value added reseller  (VAR) partnerships with European partners.  Largest deal signed was a $500,000+ agreement with a major Dutch software company.
