Matt Broniarek is a multidisciplinary professional with a rich and diverse background that spans numerous industries, including design, marketing, real estate, e-commerce, engineering, and compliance. He has a passion for innovation in financial services and is on a mission to introduce digital assets to the general public and make cryptocurrency more accessible to everyday people.

As the Operations Manager at Safello, Matt is responsible for overseeing various internal and external projects that shape the future of financial services in Sweden, Europe, and globally. He is also a seasoned multimedia producer with experience producing live shows, podcasts, and movies.

In addition to his work at Safello, Matt is also dedicated to connecting individuals with Polish backgrounds who are pursuing careers in tech and innovation around the world. He co-founded InnoBridge.Tech and served on the steering committee for WAZA to help foster entrepreneurship and innovation within the Polish community.

Matt's educational background includes Oxford's Leading Strategic Projects Programme, as well as Graduate studies in an accelerator program at Founder Institute. He also studied Civil Engineering at ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa, and completed Bachelor and Master's degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Social Sciences and Lodz University of Technology, respectively.
