As a former senior executive at The Coca-Cola Company, Therese has led multi-billion dollar P&Ls in Latin America and Southern Africa, and large marketing organizations around the world. She is known for her inspiring operational and organizational change across cultures, creating value, and driving growth in the face of market disruption, government pressure, and cultural challenges.

Therese is an accomplished business leader who has a reputation for unlocking business performance, being an inclusive and authentic leader that gains trust and collaboration with key stakeholders. Besides leading effective teams and inclusive cultures, she has been at the forefront of Coca-Cola's efforts to empower female entrepreneurship. Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Therese worked in senior marketing positions at Motorola Corporation and Black & Decker Corporation.
