His expertise lies in understanding the primary healthcare processes, administrative procedures, and the supportive information technology to identify opportunities for optimizing healthcare and supportive processes to enhance quality, lean practices, efficiency, and effectiveness. Francky excels in visualizing processes and making them trackable through KPIs and decentralized dashboards.

Francky Deleu holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from the Open Universiteit Nederland, has participated in programs at Vlerick Business School, and completed a Bachelor's degree at Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen - Vlaamse Autonome Hogeschool. He currently serves as the ICT and Facility Director at AZ Jan Palfijn and has previously held the position of ICT Manager at Jan Yperman Ziekenhuis.
