Kanicka Gupta is a seasoned software engineering professional with over fifteen years of experience. As the Co-Founder & Chief Experience Officer at Mind IT Systems, Gupta's main time is spent uplifting the customer experience, managing marketing, content generation, UI/UX, project management, and processes. She is an Agile Practitioner and Coach certified by the PMI and has honed her skills in project management and Capability Maturity Models. Gupta is also an expert at Stakeholder management and is known for setting up organizational structures and systems to support process implementations.

She has worked with several Fortune 500 companies, delivering customer-focused solutions, especially in mobile app development. Gupta started her journey by studying B.A. (Hons) in English at Hansraj College, Delhi University, followed by GNIIT in Computers at NIIT Pitam Pura, and MCM in Computers at Bharati Vidyapeeth.
