With a background in Economics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from INSEAD, Madalena brings a strong educational foundation to her professional endeavors.

She has held key roles in various organizations, including being the Co-Founder & COO at SAKPROJECT, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at SAKPROJECT, and Global Portfolio Manager at Syngenta.

Madalena's experience spans across different functions within Syngenta, where she served as Seedcare Portfolio Lead EAME, Head of Marketing - Cereals & Oilseeds Iberia, Koipesol Business Manager, Channel Manager Iberia, Strategy Development Lead Asia & Pacific - Marketing, and New Business Development - Corporate Strategy.

Prior to her tenure at Syngenta, Madalena also gained valuable insights working as an Internal Auditor at Portugal Telecom and a Process Auditor at Ernst & Young.
