Raghunath Kale is an experienced HR professional with a versatile and strategic management style. With over 18 years of experience, including 14 years in HR management and 6 years in HRBP roles in the technology and shared services industries, Kale has handled both generalist and specialist HR roles that have helped him gain hands-on experience across various domains. He is proficient in designing and deploying people strategies aligned to business priorities, managing complex organizational integrations, and leading fast-paced and diverse workforces.
