David C. Lee is a seasoned business lawyer with over two decades of experience. He is a top-rated partner at Rimon Law, where he represents emerging companies, venture capitalists, and investors. David has a deep understanding of the intricacies of corporate formation issues, public offerings, employment, executive compensation matters, technology licensing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. His expertise in cross-border transactions has made him a go-to attorney for companies and investors in Asia.

David has worked with several high-growth, venture-backed companies. He has served as outside general counsel to many of his clients, leveraging his wide network of entrepreneurs, angel investors, and venture capital firms. David has also overseen hundreds of venture financing deals for his clients and has been involved in several major M&A deals and licensing transactions.

David's impressive professional journey started when he joined Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich, and Rosati as an Associate, followed by an appointment as a Founding Member of Venture Law Group. He later joined Orrick’s Emerging Companies Group and, eventually, Gunderson Dettmer. Before joining Rimon Law, David was a Partner at VLP Law Group LLP.

David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctorate in Law from Stanford University.
