Mrigank Tripathi is a seasoned entrepreneur, growth leader, and strategy consultant with extensive experience in the SaaS ecosystem. He has a proven track record of starting new ventures from scratch and scaling up established ventures, with two successful exits under his belt. Mrigank has a background in startups, sales, and operations, entrepreneurship, strategy consulting, team building, and general management. He possesses a keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities and has invested in companies that he believes he can help build out and mentor fellow entrepreneurs.

Mrigank is currently the Chief Growth Officer for India and the Middle East at PeopleStrong, where he previously served as the Vice President of SaaS. Prior to that, he was the Founder and CEO of Qustn Technologies, which was later acquired by PeopleStrong. Mrigank also founded and led Applied Mobile Labs Pvt Ltd to a successful exit. He has held various leadership and management roles at high-reputable firms such as AT Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Reliance, and Friday Corporation.

Mrigank is an Advanced PADI certified Scuba diver and enjoys reading, playing squash, swimming, and trekking. He actively invests in companies and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs bring their visions to life.
